Multidisciplinary Portfolio Review Workshop
Let your creative voice be heard to a team of industry professionals who think differently just like you and want to create change. Join our multidisciplinary portfolio review workshop experience with creatives from architecture, art, photography, and graphic design who want to share their knowledge and experiences with you. Our portfolio review workshop offers one-to-one in person sessions intended for students who are interested in architecture and those within various creative professions developing personal projects. This can be suitable for architects and non architects that want quick professional feedback on organizing their pieces, their content, presentation formats, ideas to improve, or simply asking questions about their work. Perhaps there are personal projects you are working on—book designs, art installations, photography works, etc. This can be your chance to present it to the reviewers within the various industries.
Portfolio required and we recommend a sample of 10 pieces to bring to the workshop for review.
*Priority will be given to students
Format
These are 20 minute one-to-one in person review sessions. Each participant will have the opportunity to receive 2 reviews from different reviewers. The workshop consits of presentations, portfolio reviews, and a networking session. An email will be sent with full itinerary prior to the workshop.
Participants
For architects and non architects interested in gaining feedback on their work. This is intended for 6th form, end of year university students to early-year professionals.
Tickets
Registration is essential with limited spaces. After registering you will be asked to send samples of your work to an email provided. Be sure to secure your space early as we may not be able to accept everyone once we sellout. If we do we will keep you on a waiting list for the next immediate opening.

Rafael Portillo (Architecture)
Founder Artificial Kreativity, UK.
Rafael founded Artificial Kreativity as a design-led architecture studio merging technology, art, and architecture, with the aim to advance society. With his studio, he is supporting the creative community with the Cross Pollinator Project. It aims to make architecture accessible to everyone and expose students to the profession through a multi-disciplinary approach. For over 10 years, he has reviewed portfolios for architecture candidates applying to Cornell University’s architecture school in New York. Prior to launching his studio, he worked with Zaha Hadid Architects. His career spans over 18 years of designing iconic buildings at multiple scales ranging from cultural buildings, FIFA stadiums, masterplans, commercial retail, and private residential designs. Key projects comprise Pierres Vives, Chartres Parc des Expo, Symbiotic Villa, and Diyar Town Center Masterplan. Design interests stem from music, art, landscape, fashion, creativity, and technology. He is a native of Los Angeles, received his BArch from Cornell University, MArch from the Architectural Association, and sits on the board of trustees with London Play.
Peter Murray OBE (Architecture)
Co-Founder NLA | Founder of London Festival of Architecture, UK.
Peter Murray OBE trained as an architect but has spent his career writing about and curating architecture rather than practicing it. He soon realised that architectural training provided a good grounding for tackling a wide range of creative careers. He was editor of Building Design and RIBA Journal; he started Blueprint magazine; he set up an architecture and real estate marketing company that grew to being a global market leader; he curated exhibitions for the Royal Academy, started the London Festival of Architecture, set up the cycling charity Club Peloton, co-founded New London Architecture, wrote books: The Saga of Sydney Opera House, The Leadenhall Building, Architecture and Commerce. He was adjunct Professor at IE University in Madrid. He is currently Chairman of the Temple Bar Trust and a campaigner for active travel.
Maria Loreto Flores (Architecture)
Associate Director at Zaha Hadid Architects, UK.
Chilean-born architect, Maria Loreto, manages multi-disciplinary teams that specialize in complex geometries and construction for projects in Asia, Europe and the Middle East. She focuses on large scale projects comprising masterplans, towers, expos, and convention centres. Built work includes the luxury Morpheus Hotel in Macau, China; Pierres Vives, France; and d’Leedon Residential Complex, Singapore. She is part of the steering committee of Women in Architecture UK and previously taught workshops and design studios at the Universidad de Chile. She has been a visiting critic in architecture schools in both Chile and the UK including the Architectural Association and Bartlett at UCL.
Dagmar Binsted (Architecture)
Associate at Scott Brownrigg Architects, UK.
With a passion about the future of the architecture profession, Dagmar is involved with apprenticeship programs to teaching professional practice and mentoring students within Scott Brownrigg Architects, RIBA (Royal Institute of Architects), and Oxford Brookes University. This includes being part of the initial start-up of the Architecture Apprenticeship Trailblazer group, at Scott Brownrigg Architects. It emphasises in-practice experience by combining work-based learning with academic training. Professionally she has worked on international projects ranging from commercial development to student housing, and large scale refurbishments. She was the chair of SLSA (South London Society of Architects—RIBA Southwest and Southeast) and served on the Practice Committee and Education Trust Fund Committee as part of her role as a member of the RIBA council and RIBA London regional council. Raised in Transylvania (Romania) and Bavaria (Germany) she received her architecture degree, Dipl-Ing, at the Technical University of Munich and has worked in Germany, Luxembourg, and the UK. As a student her work experience included a three month internship at the Chinati Foundation in Texas (USA).
Eric Wong (Architecture | Illustration)
University of Greenwich, UK
Eric’s work and research combines anime and architecture to explore the experience of the immersive digital environment. He has collaborated with director Mamoru Hosoda to create the virtual world of “U” in the movie Belle. He developed a tessellating metropolis of skyscrapers to contrast the magical surrealism of the characters. His work has been published in Cannes Film Festival, RIBA Journal, Dezeen, Design Boom, Seoul Biennale, LA + Imagination, BBC, Daily Politics, and many other international publications. His professional experience as an architect includes working at AHMM on key projects: BRE Innovation Hub, New City Court, and Elizabeth House. Currently he is the design tutor for year 2 and 3 at the University of Greenwich Architecture. He studied at Central St. Martins, received his BArch from Cardiff University, and Masters from the Bartlett School of Architecture.
Giulio Antonutto (Engineer)
Associate Director at ARUP, UK
Giulio Antonutto is a design leader at Arup, with a focus on creativity and innovation. His experience as a leading lighting designer comprises several high-profile projects such as the London Aquatics Centre, YAS Marina Hotel, Art Institute of Chicago, Kimbell Art Museum Piano Pavilion, Rijksmuseum in Amsterdam, Cityringen Metro and London Winton Gallery. His expertise involves conceptualizing and developing projects for immersive data visualisations, custom digital streaming platforms, branding strategies, and digital masterplans as well as design thinking and interaction design.
John Walford (Fashion)
Co-Founder| The Fashion Scout, Graduate Fashion Week, UK
John is one of the most experienced fashion show producers delivering in over 28 countries. He is the co-founder of The Fashion Scout and Graduate Fashion Week which have been responsible for launching the careers of some of the most successful designers. John has always had an interest in developing new ideas and concepts, seeing fashion not as a stand-alone entity but an interesting synthesis of fine art, literature, architecture and film. This reflects his past experience working with Vivienne Westwood, Romeo Gigli, Manish Arora, and many other international designers. Other work includes helping develop Shanghai Fashion Week, Shenzhen Fashion Week, lecturing at universities both in the UK and abroad, and helping the British Council promote British Fashion Design and British Fashion Design Education overseas.
Otto Schade (Art)
Mural Artist, UK
A native of Chile, Otto Schade AKA ‘Osch’ began his career as an urban sculptor, while running an architectural practice in Chile. It was his fascination with surrealist art and the masters of the past; Dali, Magritte, MC Escher, Giger, and Beksiński that inspired his passion to paint.
Otto quickly discovered the local London street art scene in 2009, where he started painting pieces boasting a sharp and ironic twist. He paints themes in both his Orb-style and distinct ribbon-style, that have become very recognisable and unique - using ‘Osch’ as his signature. Since 2009, he has participated in art festivals, including the “Upfest” in Bristol (UK), “Sand, Sea and Spray” (UK) in Blackpool, “City of Colours” in Birmingham (UK), Crush in Denver (US), “40 Grad Festival in Dusseldorf, Art base in Neustrelitz, “Hometown” in Berlin “ and “Monumenta” in Leipzig (Germany).
As an architect, his previous professional experience included Broadway Maylan, WAT&G, Benoy, and Zaha Hadid Architects. He also taught at Southbank University as an architecture lecturer.

Małgorzata Lisowska (XPollinator24)
Microscope Photographer, PL
Małgorzata Lisowska, won third place in Nikon Small World competition using her own breast cancer cells. She bridges visual gaps in oncology through microscopic photography and currently collaborating with the National Cancer Institute on century-old histological slides.Through personal experience, she demonstrates art's power to engage with social challenges, bringing a new perspective to healthcare dialogue.
Angelika Bujak (XPollinator24)
Graphic Design, PL
Warsaw-based graphic designer and visual artist, Angelika Bujak, specializes in projects for the music and cultural sectors for Polish and international clients. She collaborates with major record labels (Universal Music Group, Def Jam Recordings Poland, Island Records Poland, Polydor Records Poland), cultural institutions and renowned artists. She was the key visual designer for the 2022 Abu Dhabi Art Fair and has given talks at the Grafcon conference.
