Payments and Refunds
Payments are taken in full after choosing a time and date prior to the review session. These can be made online through our payment partner Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted. You will be charged in British Pound Stirling (GBP). Please note we do not provide refunds, we can only reschedule.
Cancellation
If for any reason you cannot attend please notify me by writing 24 hours in advance and we can reschedule. The new appointment will need to be reschduled within 30 days from original appointment date or otherwise agreed date. With less than 24 hours notification you will need to make a new booking and payment. This is important because others may be on a waiting list or looking for an opportunity to reschedule. As much advance notice as possible is always appreciated.
Late Arrival
If you connect more than 10 minutes late for the review we will assume you are not attending and your appointment will be cancelled. You will need to make a new booking and payment. Technical difficulties are common and we understand. Contact us as soon as possible and we can try to accommodate as best as we can. Please note we do not provide refunds, we can only reschedule.
Filming and Photography
We kindly ask no filming, recording, or video capturing of the session in any form or format. These sessions contain privileged information and at times may show references which can be confidential and not yet presented to clients. We don’t want to see this appearing on social media without our consent. All images are copyright of Artificial Kreativity. At times we may take screen captures of work or the session for our own record. We will always ask and let you know before we capture an image. By reading this you allow us your consent.

We honour the privacy of our users and clients. Our website uses Google Analytics which collects standard internet information about visitors’ behaviour patterns. This can tell us how many people visit our site or what general location they are from. We do not have access to your identity or any other personal data as this is all processed internally. We use this data to help us with the performance of our website and how we can improve the overall user experience. We do not actively share your information with third parties. Emails
We currently do not have systems set up on our website for submitting information where personal data is collected through a contact form. We simply ask for you to press a button allowing your default email provider to send us a message. We receive all emails through our email account provider set up with Media Temple and they are securely stored on their servers.
